Funded by a British Heart Foundation Programme Grant, and based in the internationally renowned multidisciplinary research environment in the Endocrinology section of the Centre for Cardiovascular Science within the Queen's Medical Research Institute, this post provides the opportunity for an ambitious post-doctoral biomedical scientist to carve out a research niche investigating novel modulators of glucocorticoid signalling. Applicants must have completed a productive PhD and may have post-doctoral experience. The starting date is negotiable. The post is available from February 2014 until March 2016 inclusive, with the potential for extension subject to renewal of funding.
