Guangdong University of Foreign Studies (GDUFS) is a major internationalized university in South China for its global-minded faculty and students, as well as its research on international languages, literature, culture, trade and strategic studies. Applied Economics is a key discipline in Guangdong Province and it is also in the Education Promotion Plan for “Striving for the First-Class, Improving Weak links and Highlighting Features”. 王艳：教授，博士生导师。会计学博士，管理学博士后，中国会计学会理事，财政部国际化高端会计人才，广东外语外贸大学云山杰出学者、校学术委员会委员。国家社科基金重大攻关项目“深化混合所有制改革的机制创新和实践路径研究”首席专家，广州市人文社会科学重点研究基地“粤港澳大湾区会计与经济发展研究中心”主任。《广东财会》编委，论文（第一作者）被收录于《中国会计年鉴》（2022卷）财会理论与实务研究论文（全国仅20篇文章）。高级会计师，中国注册会计师CPA。除重大项目外，还主持并完成国家社科基金一般项目1项，省部级以上项目10余项。在CSSCI权威期刊《管理世界》、《南开管理评论》（人大复印全文转载）、《会计研究》、《管理评论》、《经济管理》和SSCI期刊《Internatioanl Review of Financial Analysis》《Corporate Social Responsibility and Envioronmanetal Management》《Pacific-Basin Finance Journal》《Accounting Forum》《Applied Economics》《China Journal of Accounting Studies（会计研究（英文版））》《Nankai Business Review International（南开管理评论（英文版））》等发表论文30余篇，在《科学出版社》、《Springer》国内外权威出版社出版中文专著2部、英文专著1部。获广东省第八届哲学社会科学优秀成果奖二等奖1项（2019年）、广东省第七届哲学社会科学优秀成果奖三等奖1项（2017年），获广东金融学会第十二届广东省优秀金融科研成果二等奖（2023年）。
一、招收条件Requirements
1.遵守中华人民共和国法律法规，具有良好的政治素质和道德修养，无学术不端行为；
2.具有扎实的理论基础和专业知识，具备较强的科研能力和团队合作精神；
3.非在职人员;已取得博士学位或已取得同意授予博士学位证明，且获学位时间不超过3年;年龄原则上在35周岁以下；
4.身心健康，具备岗位所需的专业能力，能够全职从事博士后研究工作，人事档案转入博士后流动站。
1. Abide by the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China, have good political quality and moral cultivation, and have no academic misconduct;
2. A solid theoretical foundation and professional knowledge, strong research ability and teamwork spirit;
3. Non-working staff; have obtained a doctoral degree or have obtained a certificate of consent to grant a doctoral degree, and the time of obtaining the degree does not exceed 3 years; age in principle is below 35 years old;
4. Physically and mentally healthy, with the professional ability required for the position, able to engage in post-doctoral research work on a full-time basis, and the personnel file transferred to the post-doctoral station.
二、工资福利待遇Remuneration Package
(—)薪酬待遇Salary Package
学校为博士后提供具有竞争力的薪酬，年薪自18万元—30万元。在站期间以我校名义取得高水平成果，按学校相关规定另享相应科研奖励。
The university offers competitive salaries for post-doctoral students from RMB 180,000 to 300,000 per year. If achieving high level results in the name of the university during the stay, post-doctoral students will be entitled to the corresponding scientific rewards according to the relevant regulations of the university.
(二)项目资助Project funding
博士后可申报“广东特支计划”科技创新青年拔尖人才项目、青年优秀科研人才国际培养计划、广东省“珠江人才计划”海外青年人才引进博士后资助项目、国家“博士后创新人才支持计划”、香江学者计划、博士后国际交流计划派出项目、中国博士后科学基金项目以及其他国家和广东省设立的资助项目，根据入选项目享受相应待遇。
Post-docs can apply for the “Guangdong Special Support Program” for Young Talents in Science and Technology Innovation, the International Training Program for Outstanding Young Research Talents, the Guangdong Province Pearl River Talents Program for Young Overseas Talents, the National Postdoctoral Innovation Talents Support Program, the Xiangjiang Scholars Program, the Postdoctoral International Exchange Program, the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation and other funding programs established by the State and Guangdong Province, and enjoy the corresponding treatment according to the selected projects.
(三)其他福利 Other Benefits
1.符合学校过渡房管理规定的，安排博士后住房（按学校规定缴纳房租），住房不足时由博士后个人自行租房。租房可凭租房发票、协议等申请报销（含税），最高报销标准为3000元/月；
1. If the university's transitional housing management regulations are met, post-doctoral housing will be arranged (rent paid according to the university's regulations); if housing is insufficient, post-doctoral students will rent their own housing. Postdocs can apply for reimbursement (including tax) with the invoice and agreement of rental housing, and the maximum reimbursement standard is RMB 3,000 per month.
2．学校按规定为博士后缴纳社会保险，缴存住房公积金（学校应缴部分从学校账户支出，不包含在博士后年薪内）；
2. The university provides social insurance and housing support for the post-docs (the university's contribution will be paid from the university's account and is excluded in the annual salary of the post-docs);
3．博士后子女可按有关规定报读幼儿园、附属中、小学；

（一）个人申请Individual application
申请者浏览广东外语外贸大学博士后招收简章，了解相关信息，填写《广东外语外贸大学博士后申请表》个人信息内容，并将电子版发送至：13570123606@139.com；skzdtd@126.com；yga_kjjj@126.com； gpszk@gdufs.edu.cn。
Applicants should browse through the post-doctoral recruitment prospectus of Guangdong University of Foreign Studies (GDUFS), learn the relevant information, fill in the personal information content of the "GDUFS Postdoctoral Application Form" and send the electronic version to gpszk@gdufs.edu.cn.
（二）初审反馈Preliminary screening and feedback
校博管办对申请人的基本条件进行初步资格审查，并将初审结果反馈至申请人。
The post-doctor regulatory commission of Guangdong University of Foreign Studies will conduct a Preliminary screening of the applicants’ basic conditions and provide feedback to the applicants on the results of the preliminary screening.
（三）提交申请Submission of application
申请人联系合作导师，初步达成合作意向后，向导师提交《广东外语外贸大学博士后申请表》和相关证明材料，由导师将以上材料提交至接收单位讨论。
After contacting the collaborating mentor and reaching preliminary cooperation intention, the applicant submits the "GDUFS Postdoctoral Application Form" and relevant supporting materials to the collaborating mentor, who will submit the above materials to the receiving unit for discussion.
（四）学院审核Review by School
1．资格审查。接收单位根据招收公告对申请者进行资格审查。
2．学术评议。接收单位依托学术委员会或单独成立专家评审组召开评审会议，通过面试面谈、学术报告等形式对申请者的学术水平、发展潜力、与学科发展的契合度等进行综合评议，填写《学术部门考核意见表》。
3．单位推荐。接收单位召开党政联席会议，对申请者的政治思想表现、学术道德、团队合作精神等进行考察，填写推荐意见。
1.Qualification examination. The receiving unit will examine the applicants' qualifications according to the recruitment announcement.
2.Academic review. The receiving unit will rely on the academic committee or set up a separate expert review group to hold a review meeting and conduct a comprehensive review of the applicant's academic level, development potential, and fit with the development of the discipline through interviews and academic reports, etc. and then fill in the "Academic Department Assessment Opinion Form".
3.Unit recommendation. The receiving unit will hold a Party-Government meeting to examine the applicant's political and ideological performance, academic ethics, teamwork spirit, etc. and fill in the recommendation opinion.
（五）学校审核Review by the Human Resource Department of the university
人力资源部博管办根据单位提交的材料，对拟招收人员的材料进行审核;审核通过的，履行相关程序。
According to the materials submitted by the unit, the post-doctor regulatory commission of the Human Resource Department will review the materials of the proposed recruits; if the review is approved, the relevant procedures will be fulfilled.

一、招收条件
1.获得博士学位不超过3年，或已通过博士学位论文答辩的应届高校博士研究生；
2.年龄在35周岁以下，品学兼优，作风正派，无违法违纪等不良记录，身体健康；

接受国内访问学者
一、接受对象
1.应具有副高及以上专业技术职务，或具有硕士以上学位、中级以上专业技术职务
2.年龄原则上不超过45周岁。
二、申请办法
1.查看导师课题信息，选择合适的导师并与其提前进行联系与沟通，征得导师同意接收后，方可继续申请；
2.申请者登陆访问学者在线申请系统（进入人才招聘平台子系统）填写报名信息(在线申请网址：http://zp.gdufs.edu.cn)
三、学习与结业
访问学者访学期间以科研工作为主，同时根据本人的情况和科研工作需要，经导师同意，可以协助指导研究生、参加编写教材或其他教学工作。访问学者除学习导师讲授的课程外，经导师和二级单位同意，原则上每学期可以选听1-2门相关的专业课程。不鼓励以跟班听课为目的的访学，二级单位和导师应规范和约束访问学者跟班听课，避免影响正常教学秩序。
在访学期限内，访问学者要按期完成访学计划并填写《广东外语外贸大学访问学者访学期满考核表》。二级单位和导师对访问学者访学期间的学习表现、从事的主要工作、取得的主要成果和收获等情况，要认真做出客观公正的考核评价。经导师签字、二级单位审查和教师发展中心核准成档后，分别报送我校留存和选派单位人事部门存档。考核合格者由人力资源部（教师发展中心）统一颁发《教育部高等学校国内访问学者证书》。
四、收费标准
1、培训费。国内访问学者：12000元/年，半年减半收费。
2、住宿费。费用为3000元/年（房间住宿提供热水器、空调、网络等设备），半年减半收费。由于学校住房紧张，驻穗（含广州周边及佛山地区）单位的访问学者不安排住宿，非驻穗单位的访问学者按申请的先后顺序安排入住双人间，不提供单人间。
