Applications are invited for a 3-year postdoctoral position in the group "Theory of Complex Quantum Systems" at Skolkovo Institute of Science and Technology (Skoltech) in Moscow, Russia. Skoltech is a new graduate university established by the Russian government in collaboration with Massachusetts Institute of Technology. It is an ambitious project aimed at bringing together the best international and Russian traditions in education, research and innovation. The research activities in the group "Theory of Complex Quantum Systems" are concentrated in two broad areas: (i) superconducting materials and (ii) relaxation and chaos in many-particle systems.
Required qualifications: Ph.D. in theoretical physics on a subject related to many-body quantum systems (condensed matter, cold atoms, etc.). Experience in superconductivity theory or in numerical studies of lattice models is a plus.
