Postdoctoral Position on Spinal Cord Injury and Brain Injury Research
Highly motivated individuals are invited for two postdoctoral positions immediately available in the Laboratory of Dr. Xiao-Ming Xu at Spinal Cord and Brain Injury Research Group (SCBIRG), Stark Neurosciences Research Institute (SNRI), and Department of Neurological Surgery at Indiana University School of Medicine. Applicants should have a Ph.D. or M.D. in neuroscience or a related discipline and are expected to develop a strong research project in spinal cord injury (SCI) or traumatic brain injury (TBI) research. Candidates with expertise or interest in animal models ofSCI/TBI, neuroprotection, cell transplantation, axonal regeneration, cellular and molecular biology, and genetics are particularly encouraged to apply. Salary will be competitive and based upon qualifications and experience. Applications will be accepted until the position is filled.
