一、中心简介

首都医学科学创新中心(简称创新中心)是北京市新成立的具有独立法人资格的新型研发机构。创新中心以推动医学科学发展、改善人类健康为目标,开展生物医学研究,致力于提升医学科学创新与成果转化能力,提高疾病诊断和治疗水平。我们将汇聚世界高水平科学家及其科研团队,与首都医学教育和科学研究优质资源紧密合作,打造多学科交叉融合的科研平台,综合自由探索、医学目标导向、有组织科研等途径,实践新型科研模式和体制机制,逐步推进医教研产的深度融合,培养适应医学科学创新发展的优秀人才。

二、实验室介绍

闫致强,2004年获复旦大学学士学位。2004-2009年分别于中国科学院神经科学研究所、北京生命科学研究所以及中科院生物物理研究所进行博士研究并获得博士学位。2009-2013加州大学旧金山分校及霍华德·休斯医学研究所师从美国科学院院士詹裕农、叶公杼(Yuh-Nung Jan,Lily Jan)进行博士后研究。2013年任复旦大学生命科学学院教授、博士生导师,获得上海高校特聘教授(东方学者,2014)、上海市青年科技启明星(2014),2020年加入深圳湾实验室分子生理所任资深研究员、副所长。2024年加入首都医科大学任基础医学院院长、博士生导师,首都医学科学创新中心任资深研究员、医学生理研究所所长。以通讯作者在Neuron、Nature Structural & Molecular Biology、PNAS、Nature Communications、eLife、Cell Reports、Genome Research等国际高水平杂志发表多篇论文。获4项国家科技部重大研究计划、2项国家自然科学基金委面上项目支持。

三、实验室研究方向

闫致强实验室长期从事感觉神经生物学的研究,综合运用分子生物学、蛋白相互作用和结构分析、电生理记录、神经回路的光遗传、化学遗传和成像等技术手段,结合药物筛选和基因编辑小鼠模型,进行听觉、触觉、渴觉等感觉受体的鉴定和工作机制研究,感觉系统神经回路,以及感觉系统疾病的机理和治疗,并探索这些感觉受体在其他重要生理功能中的作用。

1.听觉、触觉、痛觉、湿度感觉、渴觉等感觉受体的鉴定,其装配和工作机制研究,以及这些受体在其他重要生理过程中的作用,例如消化和免疫反应。

2.解析感觉受体离子通道及其复合物的蛋白结构、分析离子通透性和门控机制等。

3.鉴定在触觉、痛觉、平衡觉、听觉、渴觉、内脏感觉等的关键神经细胞群和神经回路。

4.研究遗传性耳聋的致病机理、诊断以及基因治疗。

四、岗位信息

01博士后

1)主要职责

1.在课题组组长指导下开展科研工作;

2.协助指导研究生工作以及撰写论文或基金申请。

2)任职要求

1.具有神经生物学、分子生物学与生物化学、生理学、细胞生物学、结构生物学、药物化学等生物医学研究相关专业背景的人员,即将获得博士学位或已获得博士学位;

2.以第一作者身份在领域内主流期刊上发表过或即将发表研究论文,能够独立开展研究工作;

3.具备独立开展科研工作和指导研究生能力,具有科研热情和严谨的科研态度;

4.具备良好的英语读写和日常交流能力,能够使用英文撰写论文。

02副研究员/助理研究员

1)主要职责

1.在课题组组长指导下开展科研工作;

2.协助指导研究生工作以及撰写论文或基金申请。

2)任职要求

1.具有神经生物学、分子生物学与生物化学、生理学、细胞生物学、结构生物学、药物化学等生物医学研究相关专业背景的人员;

2.获得国内外一流研究机构博士学位或博士后研究经历;

3.在领域内主流期刊上发表过研究论文;

4.具备独立开展科研工作和指导研究生能力,具有科研热情和严谨的科研态度;

5.具备良好的英语读写和日常交流能力,能够使用英文撰写论文。

03科研助理

1)主要职责

1.完成课题组组长安排的实验任务;

2.协助处理实验室行政事务。

2)任职要求

1.大学本科学历及以上,生物学、基础医学、微生物学等相关专业;

2.掌握常规分子克隆、细胞培养、动物实验和/或膜片钳记录等操作及原理,有实验室研究工作经历或病毒载体包装经验者优先;

3.具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作能力;

4.具备良好的英语读写和日常交流能力。

04技术员

1)主要职责

1.完成实验室安排的日常实验;

2.负责维护实验室日常工作和行政事务。

2)任职要求

1.大学本科学历,生物学、基础医学、微生物学等相关专业;

2.掌握常规分子克隆、细胞培养、动物实验等操作及原理;

3.具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作能力。

05实验室管理员

1)主要职责

1.协助实验室日常管理和维护工作,包括实验试剂及耗材管理、实验仪器设备维护、实验室卫生管理等;

2.协助项目经费管理和费用报销工作;

3.协助实验室安全管理工作,危化品管理以及特种设备的使用和实验材料灭菌等;

4.负责和监控实验动物的饲养管理工作。

2)任职要求

1.本科学历及以上,生命科学、医学等相关专业;

2.具有良好的沟通能力和团队协作能力;

3.熟悉各种日常办公软件;

4.有实验室工作经验或管理经验者优先考虑。

Laboratory Introduction

Dr. Zhiqiang Yan obtained his bachelor's degree from Fudan University in 2004, Then, he pursued his Ph.D. degree in Neurobiology, Institute of Neuroscience, Chinese Academy of Sciences, National Institute of Biology Sciences, Beijing & Institute of Biophysics, Chinese Academy of Sciences form 2004-2009. He received postdoctoral training in both Lily Jan' group and Yuh Nung Jan' group at Howard Hughes Medical Institute &University of California at San Francisco, San Francisco, USA. In 2013, he was appointed as a professor in Fudan University. Then, he joined Shenzhen Bay Laboratory as a senior principal investigator at 2020 and appointed as deputy director at 2022. Then, he joined Capital Medical University as the Dean and doctoral supervisor of the school of Basic Medical Sciences, and joined the Chinese Institutes for Medical Research (CIMR) in Beijing as a senior principal investigator and director of the Institute for Medical Physiology at 2024. He has won honors such as Human Frontier Science Program (HFSP) Long-term Fellowship (2010), Shanghai Youth Science and Technology Venus (2014), The Shanghai Rising-Star Program (2014), etc. Dr. Yan has published papers as corresponding author (including co-authors) in journals including Neuron, Nature Structural & Molecular Biology, PNAS, Nature Communications, eLife, Cell Reports, etc. He was supported by 4 National Key Research and Development Projects of China and 2 general programs of the National Natural Science Foundation of China.

Research Direction

The Yan laboratory studies sensory neurobiology, focuses on identifying the receptors and neural circuits for sensation and interoception, studies their working mechanism and related the diseases in sensory system.

a. Identify the receptors for hearing, touch, pain, and thirst sensation, study the gating and assembly of the related sensory transduction complex, and explore their functions in various physiological processes, such as digestion and immunity.

b. Analysis of the protein structures of sensory receptor ion channels and their complexes, as well as the examination of ion permeability and gating mechanisms.

c. Map the critical neuronal groups and circuits for sensation and interoception such as touch, pain, vestibular and thirst sensation.

d. Study pathogenic mechanism, diagnosis and treatment of congenital hearing loss.

01、Postdoctoral Researcher

Main Responsibilities

a. Carry out scientific research under the guidance of the leader of the research group.

b. Assist in supervising graduate students, writing papers, and applying for grants.

Qualifications

a. Backgrounds in neurobiology, molecular biology and biochemistry, cell biology, structural biology, pharmaceutical chemistry, etc. Either about to obtain a Ph.D. or recently obtained a Ph.D. degree.

b. Published or about to publish research papers as the first author in reputable journals in the field.

c. Self-motivated and independent researcher capable of independently conducting scientific research and assisting to supervise graduate students.

d. Proficient in English reading, writing, and daily communication. Capable of writing papers in English.

 

02、Research Associate Investigator

Main Responsibilities

a. Carry out scientific research under the guidance of the leader of the research group.

b. Assist in supervising graduate students, writing papers, and applying for grants.

Qualifications

a. Backgrounds in neurobiology, molecular biology and biochemistry, cell biology, structural biology, pharmaceutical chemistry, etc.

b. Doctoral degree or post-doctoral research experience from first-class research institutions at home and abroad.

c. Published research papers in reputable journals in the field.

d. Self-motivated and independent researcher capable of independently conducting scientific research and assisting to supervise graduate students.

e. Proficient in English reading, writing, and daily communication. Capable of writing papers in English.

 

03、Research Assistant

Main Responsibilities

a. Aim to complete the experimental tasks assigned by the group leader.

b. Assist in handling laboratory administrative affairs.

Qualifications

a. A B.S or higher degree in biology, basic medical science, microbiology and other relevant majors is required.

b. Research experience in molecular biology, biochemistry, cell biology, mouse studies and/or patch-clamp recording, or viral vector producing is preferred.

c. Self-motivated researcher with good communication skill and teamwork ability.

d. Proficient in English reading, writing, and daily communication.

 

04、Technician

Main Responsibilities

a. Aim to complete the experimental tasks assigned by the group leader.

b. Responsible for maintaining the daily operations and administrative affairs of the laboratory.

Qualifications

a. A B.S or higher degree in biology, basic medical science, microbiology and other relevant majors is required.

b. Research experience in molecular biology, biochemistry, cell biology, and mouse studies.

c. Self-motivated researcher with good communication skill and teamwork ability.

 

05、Lab Manager

Main Responsibilities

a. Assist in the daily management and maintenance of the laboratory, including the management of experimental reagents and consumables, the maintenance of experimental equipment, and the management of laboratory hygiene.

b. Assist in the management of project funds and expense reimbursement work.

c. Assist in the safety management of the laboratory, the management of hazardous chemicals, the use of special equipment, and the sterilization of experimental materials.

d. Be responsible for and monitor the breeding and management of laboratory animals.

Qualifications

a. Have a bachelor's degree or above, in life science- or medicine-related majors.

b. Have excellent communication skills and teamwork skills.

c. Familiar with daily office software.

d. Priority will be given to applicants with laboratory management experience.
