第二届“长空学者”计划国际青年科学家高峰论坛 

坐落于六朝古都南京、明代故宫旧址上的南京航空航天大学，创建于1952年，是一所以工为主，理工结合，多学科协调发展，具有航空、航天、民航特色的研究型大学。南京航空航天大学直属于工业和信息化部，是国家“211工程”，“985工程优势学科创新平台”重点建设高校之一，也是52所设立研究生院的大学之一，2017年进入国家“双一流”建设序列。 

“效法羲和，志在长空”，2018年5月，南京航空航天大学第二届“长空学者”计划国际青年科学家高峰论坛在宁召开，诚邀海内外英才参加。 

一、论坛简介 

为了给各学科领域的海内外优秀青年科学家搭建高水平的学术交流平台，并延揽海外优秀留学人才，我校将于2018年5月5日-5月7日召开第二届“长空学者”计划国际青年科学家高峰论坛。诚邀海内外优秀青年学者走进南航、了解南航、探讨学术、增进合作。 

二、申请条件 

申请者需满足以下条件： 

1. 年龄一般不超过40周岁；在国内外知名大学获得博士学位。 

2. 目前在海外知名高校、科研机构、知名企业研发机构有正式教学或科研职位，或在海外从事博士后研究的科研人员；或学术成绩特别突出的海外知名高校在读博士生；或国内学术成就突出、具有较大发展潜力的优秀青年学者。

本次论坛将采用“主会场-学科群分论坛”的形式举行。

五、支持举措 

1. 论坛举办期间提供受邀学者的食宿。 

2. 报销往返于南京至现就职或求学单位的交通费用（应符合国家、学校相关财务政策，飞机经济舱、火车二等座等实报实销）。 

3. 安排校园参观、交流座谈等，并在申请者中评审选拔优秀学者作为南航“长空学者”计划候选人（相关政策请见南航人事处网站http://rsc.nuaa.edu.cn/article.asp?id=2476），入选后自报到之日起开始享受相应待遇。

六、报名方式 

1. 申请人请在4月18日前向我校相关学院提出申请并将报名回执（见附件1）和本人简历等材料通过电子邮件发送至学院联系人邮箱（见附表），邮件标题命名为“姓名 -青年科学家论坛报名”。 

2. 学校和学院根据学科发展的实际需要、秉着择优原则进行审核，并最终确认邀请名单，4月20日前学校将邀请信发送至申请人本人。

Inviting Your Participation 

Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics (NUAA) is located in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province, China. Nanjing is the second largest city in East China with rich historical and cultural heritages. It is ranked the 1st by the number of universities per capita in China. High-speed rail connects Nanjing with other major cities in China: 2 hours to Shanghai and 4 hours to Beijing. It can be reached by direct flights from international metropolitans such as Los Angeles (LAX), Frankfurt am Main (FRA), Saint Petersburg (LED), and Singapore (SIN). 

Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics (NUAA) is one of China’s top research universities featured with Aerospace Engineering. Since its establishment in 1952, NUAA has undergone rapid development by having built comprehensive research and education system of world-class. The institution has acquired national status through its excellence in teaching and research in the areas such as Aerospace Engineering, Mechanics, Electro-mechanics, Economics and Management. NUAA is one of the top 250 universities of the world in Mechanical, Aeronautical and Manufacturing Engineering and one of the top 200 universities of Asia according to QS World University Rankings. It is one of the key universities on the list of Project 211 and ranked 35-40 among all universities in China. 

In May 2018, the second “International Youth Scientist Forum” of Changkong Scholars Program will be held in Nanjing. We sincerely invite your participation in this important academic event. 

1. Forum Description 

In order to provide a wide communicative platform for talented youth scientists from different disciplines, and also to recruit overseas outstanding talents, NUAA will host the second “International Youth Scientist Forum” of Changkong Scholars Program from 5 May-7 May, 2018 in Nanjing. We sincerely invite your participation for academic discussion and cooperation. 

2. Qualifications for Applicants 

1) Obtaining PhD in domestic or overseas well-known universities or research institutions, generally at the age of not exceeding 40; 

2) Currently having formal teaching or research positions at either domestic or overseas well-known universities, research institutions or research & development departments; or engaging post-doctoral research abroad; or PhD candidates with outstanding academic achievements in overseas well-known universities; or domestic youth scholars with outstanding academic achievements and great potential development. 

3. Scope of Subjects 

Mechanics, Science & Technology of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Energy and Power Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Automatic Control Engineering, Instrument Science and Technology, Electronic Science & Technology, Information and Communication Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Optical Engineering, Material Science & Technology, Chemistry, Traffic and Transportation Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Nuclear Science & Technology, Computer Science & Technology, Software Engineering, Management Science & Technology, Theory of Marxism, Humanities & Social Sciences & Arts.

The forum will follow the form of “main venue - symposia sessions”, and five invited symposia include:

5. Support
