01课题组简介
龚卫娟,医学博士、教授、博士生导师,扬州大学副校长,第十四届全国政协委员,致公党扬州市委会副主委,第九届扬州市人大常委。2003年毕业于上海交通大学医学院上海市免疫学研究所,获医学免疫学博士学位,先后赴美国哥伦比亚大学医学中心、加拿大阿尔伯塔大学访学。现为教育部人畜共患病重点实验室、国家中医药管理局重点研究室、江苏省中西医结合老年病防治重点实验室、扬州市胰腺病重点实验室带头人,担任江苏省免疫学会常务理事,江苏省免疫学会免疫与代谢分会主任委员,江苏省免疫学会神经免疫分会常务理事。江苏省第五期“333”工程人才和江苏省“六大高峰”人才。
路国涛,医学博士、主任医师、博士生导师,扬州大学附属医院副院长,江苏省杰出青年基金获得者,长期聚焦“胰腺损伤修复代谢调控机制与新型防治策略”相关研究。他人文献计量学研究显示其在急性胰腺炎研究领域发表文章数量位居全球前20(PMID:33285696)。研究成果被Nature Medicine等国际权威期刊他引或述评2000余次。参与制定国际指南1部、国内指南及共识2部。现担任中华医学会消化病学分会胰腺学组副组长、中国医师协会胰腺病专委会委员等。获得江苏省医学技术引进二等奖(1/3)。
肖炜明,医学博士、教授、主任医师、博士生导师,扬州大学附属医院消化内科主任。现担任江苏省医学会消化病分会委员、江苏省医学会消化内镜分会超声内镜学组成员,江苏省免疫学会免疫与代谢专业委员会委员,扬州市医学会消化病专业委员会副主任委员等。
本团队长期从事免疫细胞发育和衰老的代谢调控,衰老相关疾病(纤维化、肿瘤、神经退行性疾病)的免疫调控和转化研究,以及胰腺损伤修复代谢调控机制和新型防治策略,近五年主持国家自然科学基金近20项,在Cell Rep Med、Cell Mol Immunol、PLoS Pathog、Mol Ther、Redox Biol、Metabolism、JCI insight、Am J Gastroenterol、Cell Death Dis等国内外著名期刊发表论文100余篇。

(2)衰老相关疾病(纤维化、肿瘤、神经退行性疾病)的免疫调控和转化研究;
(3)胰腺损伤修复代谢调控机制和新型防治策略。
03博后待遇及相关要求
招聘全职博士后3-5名,申请者工资及福利待遇按国家博士后和扬州大学相关政策提供具有竞争力的薪酬和福利,年薪25-35万元,在站期间的研究成果按学校规定享受科研奖励。入选江苏省卓越博士后计划,两年再享受30万生活补贴。团队将全力为博后创造优良的科研、学习环境,并共同为博后考核提供支持。出站时达到相应标准,可根据扬州大学相关文件可聘为副教授或讲师。
应聘者年龄需在35周岁以下,近期获得博士学位(博士毕业一般不超过3年)。具有基础医学、临床医学、中医或中西医结合、生物学、药学或生物信息学等相关专业背景,专业基础扎实,实验技能全面,能独立开展科研工作。近三年内以第一作者发表较高质量SCI论文1篇及以上。

01 Introduction of the Research Group
Gong Weijuan, M.D., Professor, Doctoral Supervisor, Vice President of Yangzhou University, member of the 14th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, Vice Chairman of Yangzhou Municipal Committee of China Public Interest Party, Standing Committee member of the 9th Yangzhou Municipal People's Congress. She earned her M.D. in Medical Immunology from the Shanghai Institute of Immunology, School of Medicine, Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 2003, and subsequently conducted research visits at the Columbia University Medical Center in the U.S. and the University of Alberta in Canada. She is a leader of Key Laboratory of Zoonotic Diseases of the Ministry of Education, Key Research Office of the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Jiangsu Provincial Key Laboratory of Geriatric Prevention and Treatment of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine, and Yangzhou Key Laboratory of Pancreatic Disease. She currently serves as the standing director of Jiangsu Immunology Society, the chairman of the Immunology and Metabolism Branch of Jiangsu Immunology Society, and the standing director of the Neuroimmunology Branch of Jiangsu Immunology Society. She has been recognized as the fifth period of 333 High-Level Talents Training Project and the Six Talent Peaks Project of Jiangsu Province.
Lu Guotao, M.D., Chief Physician, Doctoral Supervisor, vice president of Yangzhou University Affiliated Hospital. He is the recipient of Outstanding Youth Projects in Jiangsu Province. He has long been dedicated to research on the "metabolic regulation mechanisms and new prevention strategies for pancreatic injury and repair". Bibliometric studies indicate that his publication output in the field of acute pancreatitis (AP) ranks among the top 20 globally (PMID: 33285696). His findings have been cited or reviewed over 2,000 times in authoritative international journals such as Nature Medicine. He has contributed to the development of one international guideline and two domestic guidelines/consensus documents. He is currently serving as the Deputy Leader of the Pancreatic Group of the Digestive Disease Branch of the Chinese Medical Association and a member of the Pancreatic Disease Special Committee of the Chinese Medical Doctor Association. He was awarded the second prize (1/3) for medical technology introduction in Jiangsu Province.
Xiao Weiming, M.D., Professor, Chief Physician, Doctoral Supervisor, Director of the Department of Gastroenterology, Affiliated Hospital of Yangzhou University. She is a member of the Digestive Disease Branch of the Jiangsu Medical Association, member of the ultrasound endoscopy group of the Digestive Endoscopy Branch of Jiangsu Medical Association, member of the Immunology and Metabolism Branch of Jiangsu Immunology Society, and the vice chairman of the Gastroenterology Professional Committee of Yangzhou Medical Association.
The team has long been engaged in metabolic regulation of immune cell development and aging, immune regulation and transformation research of aging related diseases (fibrosis, tumors, neurodegenerative diseases), as well as metabolic regulation mechanisms and novel prevention strategies for pancreatic injury and repair. In the past five years, the team has presided nearly 20 projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and published more than 100 papers in renowned domestic and international journals, such as Cell Rep Med、Cell Mol Immunol、PLoS Pathog、Mol Ther、Redox Biol、Metabolism、JCI insight、Am J Gastroenterol、Cell Death Dis, etc.
02 Research Directions
(1) Metabolic regulation of immune cell development and aging;
(2) Immune regulation and transformation of aging related diseases (fibrosis, tumors, neurodegenerative diseases).
(3) Metabolic regulation mechanisms and novel prevention strategies for pancreatic injury and repair.
03 Postdoctoral Fellowship Benefits and Requirements
We are recruiting 2-3 full-time postdoctoral fellows, with an annual salary of 250,000-350,000 RMB, and the employer will provide comprehensive social insurance and welfare benefits. Research achievements during the station period shall be eligible for scientific research awards in accordance with the regulations of Yangzhou University. If the applicants are selected for the Jiangsu Province Outstanding Postdoctoral Program, they will receive an additional living allowance of 30,0000 RBM for two years. The team will fully support the postdoctoral fellows in creating an excellent environment for research and learning and will jointly provide assistance for their evaluations. Upon meeting the corresponding criteria when completion of the fellowship, you can be hired as an associate professor or lecturer according to the relevant policies of Yangzhou University.
Applicants must be below 35 years of age and have recently obtained a doctoral degree (generally within 3 years). The candidates should have a solid background in basic medicine, clinical medicine, traditional Chinese medicine or integrative medicine, biology, pharmaceuticals, or bioinformatics, with a strong foundation in their respective fields and comprehensive experimental skills. The candidates should be capable of independently conducting research. Within the last three years, the candidates should have published at least one high-quality SCI paper as the first author.
